ANULN. DAY ONE. They came clawing at me in waves. Crashing in to me with terrible and unshakable certainty. Their faces twisted in masks of morbid silence. Hands reaching and groping with fingers like icicles. Long and rigid and cold. Every one of them was shrouded in black, from gnarled head, through twisted backs and down to hobbled feet. My Bio

I'm a would be published Author of Fantasy fiction, currently living in Barnoldswick, England. I started out in school writing Horror stories for my own enjoyment and that of my friends and family. As I've grown and developed my art I have discovered a deep and earnest love of Fantasy and my work has naturally drifted in that direction. I do however still hold true to my darker roots and always intend to hopefully inject a little sinister thrill in to even my lightest work. RIIIIGHT....Where was I???

  Where do I begin?  It feels some-what like I have fallen off the merry-go-round and can't seem to find earth...  I've been away from DA and, more importantly, my work, for faaaaaaar longer than I ever wanted to be! But some times life just jumps up, smashes you full in the face and sends you reeling.  So, the last time I wrote on here I was working on DAY FOUR of ANULN, and getting nowhere, pretty fast. In truth now, that was because my real-life was being thrown in to complete turmoil. In all fairness to those involved, a lot of what happened was down to me. But the result is the same whichever way you draw it. Since last I visited

Change of plan!

I'm BACK!! Don't all rush me at once or nothing.... :) Okay, so it turns out I've had to revise my original plan. Although I did manage to get some work done while I was away. The reason for my elongated visit wound up keeping me so busy that I only managed to get done about half of the written work that I had intended to! So here's my new plan...Since being back (two days and counting) I've gone back to work on Anuln (The tale of Thomas Lahkley). But I'm writing the new peace at the same time. One on computer (Anuln) and the other by hand of an evening (Barnabus Brier). I'll keep uploading Anuln as I have been, and should have day four r

Away with the fairies!

Hello all! Well, I'm going away for a couple of weeks and it looks like I won't be able to finish Anuln: Day Four in time to post it before I leave. Neither am I taking my PC with me...so I can't even work on it while I'm gone! :( However, I have a plan of sorts, that I hope will keep this old brain of mine sharp and working along the correct lines for my return. I plan to write a short, one off peace, which I will be working on every moment I have chance to, while visiting relatives.
